At JKIA Transfers, we strive to provide reliable and punctual airport transfer services. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are issued for our services.

All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation Refunds

Free Cancellation

Cancel 2+ hours before pickup

100% Refund

Late Cancellation

Cancel within 2 hours of pickup

50% Refund

No-Show

Fail to meet driver at pickup

0% Refund

Flight Delays & Disruptions

Flight Delay (Less than 2 hours)

No refund. Your driver will wait at no extra charge. Transfer proceeds as scheduled.

Flight Delay (2-4 hours)

No refund. Driver may be reassigned. Contact us upon landing, and we'll send a replacement.

Flight Cancellation

Full refund if you cancel after flight is officially cancelled. You must inform us immediately.

Rebooking Available

If your flight is rescheduled, we can rebook your transfer at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Service Issues

Vehicle Breakdown

Full refund if replacement vehicle cannot be provided within 30 minutes.

Driver Tardiness

If driver is 30+ minutes late with no communication, full refund available.

Poor Service

Partial or full refund based on the nature of the complaint (reviewed case by case).

Wrong Destination

If driver takes you to incorrect location, full refund plus compensation may apply.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Traffic delays beyond our control (accidents, road closures, weather)
  • Customer providing incorrect pickup location or flight information
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings (travel insurance recommended)
  • Dislike of vehicle model or driver (all vehicles are as described)
  • Change of mind after driver has already departed to pick you up
